How
We take referrals from schools and self-referrals.
This Program Provides:
- Case Management
- Outreach and Advocacy Support
- Information, Advice and Referral Pathways
- Guidance and referral to specialist and allied health services
- Mentoring and assisting parents and carers with educational experiences and outcomes for children
- Encourage and maintain positive engagement within the school environment for families and children leading to increased attendance and participation
