Youth Pathway Support

What is the CSP?

The Casework Support Program is a program we run with Youth Justice (YJ). Our caseworkers will work closely with YJ, you and your family to help you achieve your goals to make your life the best it can be!

We truly care about your wellbeing and will support you getting the main things you want and need out of life, while supporting your YJ Case Plan or YJC Outcome Plan.

How long is the program for?

The program provides support for up to 12 weeks. If you finish your goals before the 12 weeks is up, that is fine too! As long as you are getting the most out of the program and completing your goals: We see that as a success and hope you do too! If you need longer, we can do a re-referral for you also so that is not an issue.

We are there to help you get your ultimate goals achieved!

Have a chat to your Youth Justice Caseworker or Convenor if you feel this extra support could help you ad they will organise an intake meeting with the service in your area! We look forward to making your goals a reality if you are ready for that too!

We can help you by:

Helping you get connected to your culture if that is what you want
Providing mentoring and support
Getting job ready and support you to get that job if you are ready and keen
Getting your ID or drivers licence for some independence
Assisting you with your Centrelink Application process so you can get those payments you are entitled to as a youth!
Supporting you to enrol in school, alternative education or TAFE
Have you always wanted to join a sports team or the gym and not sure how to sign up – we are there!
Need help wit housing? We will support you wit that process too!
Feel like counselling could help and not sure where to go? We are there to connect you with the right supports
Exiting custody? We are here to help!
