Yadha Murru Gayi – Our Path is the Good Path is a school referral based program assisting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Children aged 8-12 years old and their families who reside in the Wyong old LGA..
This Program Provides:
- Case Management
- Outreach and Advocacy Support
- Information, Advice and Referral Pathways
- Guidance and referral to specialist and allied health services
- Mentoring and assisting parents and carers with educational experiences and outcomes for children
- Encourage and maintain positive engagement within the school environment for families and children leading to increased attendance and participation
